Within walking distance (5 blocks) you will find a supermarket, numerous restaurants, and the historic downtown section of Silver City with museums and art galleries. Numerous day-trips are available such as the Gila Cliff Dwellings, the Catwalk, City of Rocks, Pinos Altos, Lake Roberts and several hot spring locations. Silver City is noted for its year round splendid weather. We have 4 gentle seasons. Our altitude is just at 5900' with the Gila National Forest and Wilderness nearby with ranges up to 10,900'.
